Matthias Müller, a seasoned business leader with deep expertise in Sino-German relations, has been active in China since 1998, when he led the Marketing, Internet, and Training Department at the German Chamber of Commerce in Beijing. Holding a Diplom-Betriebswirt (FH) from the Institute of East Asia Studies, University of Applied Sciences Ludwigshafen, he is fluent in German, English, and Chinese. Müller’s corporate career includes key leadership roles such as Director of Marketing & PR at TUI China and Deputy General Manager at the German Centre Shanghai, where he played a pivotal role in establishing it as a prime hub for German SMEs. From 2015, he served as Managing Director of the German Centre Taicang, further strengthening German business presence in China. In 2021, he returned to Berlin to launch MM China Link, a consulting firm specializing in market entry, sourcing, business strategy, M&A, and cross-border negotiations between Germany/EU and China.  Renowned for his extensive network and deep market knowledge, Matthias Müller is a trusted figure in the Sino-German business community.

Solomon Matzner is a seasoned entrepreneur with 25 years of experience in life sciences, chemicals, and energy specializing in business strategy, turnarounds, and market entry. In addition to  Berlin Energy Partners, Solomon co-founded BioAktive Group, delivering innovative solutions in personal care, pharmaceuticals, and chemicals, and serves as a director at Vertical Web Solutions, a B2B digital marketing agency. Solomon has worked on strategic investments, licensing, and market expansion across Asia, Europe, and the US. Based in Berlin after 23 years in China, he continues to lead global projects, leveraging his extensive network and expertise.

Joseph Jin is a seasoned expert with over 20 years of experience in entrepreneurship, investment, international trade, and market expansion. His expertise spans new energy transportation, cross-border e-commerce, bulk commodities, and supply chain finance.

Jin has a deep understanding of global markets, particularly in Southeast Asia, Europe, Africa, and China, where he has built extensive business networks. His key achievements include:

  • 2000: Successfully introduced Thailand’s Fleitex rubber fiber products to China, establishing it as an industry-leading brand.
  • 2007: Led a Thai government-backed project to replace diesel engines with clean energy, becoming the first to export natural gas engines to Thailand.
  • 2024: Signed agreements for two major projects—partnering with Malaysia’s MGTC-backed FANTASTTC GAIN SDN. BHD. to promote electric motorcycles and collaborating with Ethiopia’s Eastern Industrial Park Investment Company on new energy vehicle assembly and after-sales service.
